Gickr is a service that allows you to create animated Gifs online. There are a couple ways that you can do it though. You can either search Flickr for pictures, use your Flickr account, or you can just upload images to Gickr and create your animated Gif. You can also choose from different sizes and speeds for your Gif. It's really easy to use and it's fun so try it out.

The little icon next to the cursor identifies what you're about to click on like a Word document or Zip file.
